Service Description

Immerziva is a digital reading and publishing platform that offers:

  • Publication of original literary works
  • Reading books with immersive experience
  • Ambient audio, soundtrack, and visual effects features
  • Community of readers and authors
  • Monetization system for authors

Registration and Account

To use the platform, you need to create an account. By registering, you declare that:

  • You are at least 13 years old
  • The information provided is true and complete
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You are responsible for all activities performed on your account

Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain all rights to your original works. By publishing, you grant Immerziva a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content on the platform.

Platform Content: The design, logos, interface, and source code are property of Immerziva and protected by copyright.

Respect for Copyright: Publishing content that infringes third-party copyrights is prohibited. Violations will result in content removal and possible account suspension.

User Conduct

When using Immerziva, you agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Publish content that violates our Content Policy
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Create multiple accounts or fake accounts
  • Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform

Limitation of Liability

Immerziva is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for content published by users. Each author is responsible for their works.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time in settings. After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

General Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
